Social media giant Twitter’s premium subscription service, Twitter Blue, has failed to deliver the promised increase in ad revenue within just one month of its launch. The service, which was introduced as a way to give users access to exclusive features such as the ability to undo tweets and customize their Twitter experience. However, the promised increase in ad revenue for creators who participate in the program has yet to materialize.

Twitter’s announcement of the service had raised hopes for creators, who were promised a 20% increase in ad revenue if they participated in Twitter Blue. The service was also intended to provide a new revenue stream for Twitter itself, which has struggled to increase ad revenue in recent years.

Despite the disappointing results, Twitter has remained optimistic about the future of Twitter Blue.

A spokesperson for the company stated that they are still “in the early stages of rolling out the program” and that they “expect to see an increase in ad revenue as more users sign up for the service.”

Twitter’s failure to deliver on its promise could hurt the company’s reputation and discourage creators from signing up for the program in the future. However, it remains to be seen whether Twitter can address the issue and make the program more attractive to users and creators alike.
